We are excited to be partnering with local fitness provider MommyFit this summer here at Monkey Business Kid’s Boutique. Starting Wednesday July 7th,(from 9:30am to 10am) for six weeks, Amanda from MommyFit will be running a MommyAbs program here at the store. The class will be run here in our safe, private, Mom’s Lounge before the store opens, so no need to pack up to an intimidating gym! This class is perfect for those of you who have recently had a baby and are looking for a great way to jump-start your fitness and get back into shape for summer. Flatten & tone up that tummy and bring baby along. This class is a great 30minute workout that focuses on strengthening your core to help you tackle the everyday tasks and chasing after the kids. This is a pre-mobile baby friendly class as well, so feel free to bring your little one along.
